The Girl Who Waited For An Answer

Once upon a time there was a girl who waited for an answer. First she said she would hold her breath until the answer came, but when she turned blue in her head she had to take a deep breath. Then she proclaimed she was going to go on a hunger strike until she got her answer, but then her mother cooked her favourite dish for her and she couldn't resist. She said she wouldn't go to school until she got an answer, but she hated missing out on hanging out with her friends during the breaks. She said she was going to set something on fire if she didn't get an answer soon, but the villagers hired a guy to follow her around with a fire extinguisher to put out any potential fires she would start. She quickly grew tired of being followed so she stopped threatening with the fires. Finally, she just gave up. She lay in bed all day, just staring at the ceiling. Nobody and nothing could motivate her to go on and live her life. Until one day she decided to look at her phone and found out she had never pressed 'send.'
