Once upon a time there was a lonely pirate named Steve. He was sailing the oceans on his own because he prefered the company of seagulls and fish to humans. In fact, he hadn't seen another human in 7 long years and he was starting to feel a little bit lonely for the first time since he set sail from the bay where he grew up. As a boy he always thought he was going to be a blacksmith like his father, but Kenny and the bad kids got him involved with the black fish market and from there everything sort of went downhill in Steve's life. For many years he had blamed Kenny for all his troubles and worries, but he'd read many self-help books during his 7 years on the ocean and he had learned to let go and forgive Kenny and that ultimately, he was responsible for his own actions. A few nights ago a big shiny fish had jumped on board his ship and had started talking to him. When this first happened a few years ago, Steve instantly killed the talking fish and convinced himself he must've been imagining it, but then it started happening again and again. Steve finally decided to embrace his insanity or the fact that talking fish might just actually exist. The talking fish which had jumped on board his ship a few night's ago had struck up a conversation about whether or not Steve was lonely. The fish had been following Steve's ship for a few days and had noticed he had no crew. Steve hadn't given much thought to him being on his own but the fish' words got him thinking that maybe it was time to go back. He thanked the fish for its thoughts and tossed it back out at sea where the enormous squid monster ate it. Steve lay outside on deck one night and looked at the stars. It was like one of the star formations looked like his father's face and suddenly the stars aligned to make the face talk. Steve thought to himself: 'Well, this is straight out of The Lion King.' and sat up to hear the words of his starry father. "Come home, son. It is time. You are missed and we forgive you." and just as Steve theatrically reached out for the un-reachable star formation and said "DADDY!" the stars disappeared. Steve shook his head. How would the stars know if his father had forgiven him? Suddenly the stars aligned again in the form of a stranger's face that answered Steve's thoughts: "Well, we just know. Dammit, Steve. Just go home. I swear to God, you're too used to weird shit like this. I mean, Simba knew to run straight home, but you absolutely have to think twice about it. Gooooooo!" and the face disappeared. Steve shrug his shoulders and the next morning he set sail for home trusting the stars that his father had forgiven him.
