"I'm sure all the energy I've spent on this could've provided electricity for a medium-large village for an entire month or maybe even two months." she said and closed the box and taped it together.
"What do you mean?" he asked and stacked the box on top of another box full of kitchen stuff.
"I mean, what I mean. Energy, electricity, village." she said and started putting pots and pans into another box.
"Do you mean the energy you've spent has been a waste?" he asked, looking at her packing.
"I'm figuring it out. I'm not sure whether it was productive or not." she said and stopped packing for a bit and stared at a pan until she shook her head and continued working.
"Energy is energy. If it's not one form, it's another. It always needs to move. I think there's a reason it had to move through you." he said and handed her the bubblewrap as she pointed at it and made a gesture for him to give it to her.
