An Old Woman's Words

The old woman sat in her rocking chair. She was wealthy. You could tell by the gold rings on her hand. She moved gently back and forth in her chair as she looked out across the sea. Without looking at him she said: "I always found it interesting how people who love each other deeply can get so angry with each other when they don't have time to see each other. I mean, it's interesting how a loving action such as wanting to spend time together can turn bitter because people deny each other that exact thing."
